Hmm interesting.. I have always wondered about this too. I am conscious that its best to have high sugared fruit like bananas straight after a workout. I might start worrying about this less now... I do occasionally have breakfast bars which are probably a big no no. I don't have them weekly though..

I say I'm 5ft but I never let anyone check apart from the gym! 51KG and always saying I want to be fit... I never really know if my efforts pay off enough.

I like what you've said... :) I always have my goals in mind, but they are probably too vague. Maybe I should think about realistic goals within a certain time frame.

I used to go to an Edinburgh Leisure gym, but I seem to keep going back to Virgin Active, Dundee street a lot better. Its worth every penny.

Oh I see.. Ah I won't be around for Tough Mudder, I will be in Greece with my boyfriend and his family so that will be fun. When is it? It looks terrifying. I have signed up for spartan and Mens survival of the fittest for now.. I'm not sure I'd physically be able to complete Tough Mudder.. But I am intrigued.

They are great.. Thank you for posting them! At some point I will definitely do them.. Perhaps when the school term is over, the attempt to do it at the moment would not get me anywhere... waking up during the week is a big enough challenge at the moment for me!

No I haven't but I'm intrigued... I am so bad at keeping to a particular diet in general. Just had a tuna, light mayo and sweetcorn panini and am full but not satisfied! I was fairly close to getting a meal that had fries with it instead...
