I find people use it that have lactose issues or just want a healthier alternatives. I use it in my shakeology as well! Good stuff and adds a little more flavor. :)

Every one should try to remember, Just because you can make it under your cal goal doesn't mean they were good cals to eat. If you have 500 cal left you shouldn't go eat a double cheese burger. WAY TO GO ladies! I can relate to the snug clothes. I am hoping to fit in to some of my older clothes I used to wear. I only have a t shirt and a pair of jeans from my waist size of 34. im a 36 now and its a little snug. SO I am in full gear to lose weight.

@Diva! I like that your cutting out the soda gradually so you dont have such a struggle. You have to wean yourself I find when it comes to sugary drinks. I struggle with Sunkist! Slowly drink less and less as time goes on. Before you know it you wont want it or like the taste of it. :)

Most people have been there! I know I have. It accumulates. Try not going cold turkey with the junk food wean your self off like a cigarette smoker. ;) What I find happens more often than not is people try to cut junk food out all together and they end up binge eating at the end of the week.
