I really appreciate everyone taking time to answer my question. It sounds like there is a wide range of experiences with this particular topic. I suppose I could also get a test from the doctor at my next physical? For people who have gone gluten free-- do you feel improved sense of well being, ect? (Allergy or Choice?)

okay, I am 100% addicted to zumba, and am large chested. I used to wear two sports bras, too. But a few months ago I got a proper bra fitting at nordstroms, and they carry sports bras that have underwire!(and that are big enough- triple D) It has made the BIGGEST difference for me!! Can I just say that you are beautiful in all these pictures? You really are. I am glad you have made some changes that have made you happier- that squat is killer!!! You ARE BEAUTIFUL-- no matter your weight. Way to go inspiring those around you! I am happy you are happy!

I also look at it as a weekly picture, and continue to loose weight doing that. I am actually really glad that others do this, too! What is amazing is how great I feel. The last thing someone who battles weight needs is more guilt!!! :) Thanks for sharing this topic!

Okay. There is this story my mom used to tell me about a little engine.... Are you familiar? Start by thinking abut things you can do, and then keep adding to that list! You can drink more water, you can walk, you can eat grapefruit. All the small things will really add up! You can do it. :)

ok. this has been fun to read, so I am going to add mine- I have 2: 1- The towel at the gym, you know the one I am talking about- the itty bitty white one... ? I can close it around me!! 2- my smallest pants, are too big. :)
