NSV: My story about walking uphill.

NSV: There is a rather steep hill going up to the parking garage on campus. The last time I tried to walk up it, I had semi-shin splints, I was out of breath, and I was sweating up a storm when I got to my car. That was the last time I tried. Since then, I would either take the campus shuttle or go an easier way that involved the elevator. Today I decided to try it again. I walked up the hill with a purpose - shoulders relaxed, controlled breathing, fast pace. I was in my car by the time I realized my breathing was normal, my legs felt fine, and I wasn't sweating! I did a happy dance in my car. Exercise and clean eating really has made a difference!
