  • I've tried just about everything. The penguin detergent, oxyclean, quick n brite, tide for workout clothes. Some clothes just end up staying stinky forever, so I toss them. I've settled on oxyclean and rinsing them after I work out while showering. Also drying them in the dryer seems to help versus air drying.
  • Try foam rolling. It loosens up the muscles and tissues the best.
  • Have you tried the Asylum? They're more sports focused but man they go hard.

  • The calories would not be the same as eating the fruit. Maybe you'll absorb some of the vitamins and detoxing benefits. In the end the flavored water IMO just gets people to drink water. That's not a bad thing though.
  • I prefer cardio first and then weight training. The cardio is a good warm-up to the weight lifting movements and gets the blood moving. Also consider something like the Rushfit program, which uses weights during the workouts. Kill two birds with one stone.....
