  • Welcome! I will add you. We are all in the same boat. I am thankful that things have subsided for me now that I found what works for me. Breaking out into a sweat was getting embarrassing! :) quote I am 47 and in the same boat. It's hard to accept that I was once underweight and could still eat anything I wanted. Now the…

  • I am relieved to hear that my weight isn't the only one to go up! I can see I've lost inches but the scale simply has gone up a few pounds. I'm now trying not to weigh!
  • Beachbody teamed with Les Mills and made a series of DVDs of the different workouts. The one I got came with the barbell + varying weights, a step bench, Combat, Sports Attack, step workout, Flow (yoga) and 2 ab workouts. I done many Beachbody workouts, but this one with Les Mills is the first where I SEE amazing results.…
  • I have a balance issue, so lunges have been a challenge. I have had to reduce the weight, so I don't lean over and lose form. BUt, I can feel myslef getting stronger, so all upside, right? :)

  • I had a great experience. I am "older" and found that eHarmony worked for me. I met met my husband on there the day after I joined. So, yes it was a great experience for me! any dating site can be a bad experience...just like going to a bar. But, at least most of the details are laid out for you before the first…

  • Leslie, I agree. Chalene makes you feel like you can do anything. She's having a great challenge right now for accomplishing goals. Am also trying to follow that as well.
  • Turbofire is a serious calorie burning workout. :) I'm hooked on it but fell off the wagon. I like to think of it as the female version of Insanity. It's set to music and has choreographed moves that include high intensity interval training. I like it because it feels more like a fun dance workout then a chore. I'm…
