  • Or if you entered your weight on your first day, you can look at your weigh in history. Go to Check-In, Edit Previous Entries and it shows your starting weight and the date.

  • I try to get higher levels of potassium as well to help with leg cramps. One thing that helps me is drinking the Vita Coco Coconut Water after I exercise. It has 680mg of potassium in the 11.1 oz box and only 60 calories.

  • I've had an FT7 for a week now and love it. I was considering the FT40 as well. You can change the battery on the FT7 yourself and not have to get a jeweler to do it or send it in. That was the biggest deciding factor between the two for me :smile:
  • I stream the 10 minute pilates solutions and have tried a few of the 10 minute solution dance videos on streaming as well. I like those because I can do different 10 minute routines and mix & match them. I'm still trying others though until I find one on there I just absolutely love.

  • Hmmm, I used to put flax seed oil in my whey protein shakes mixed with milk or water. I used to have a great recipe for flax seed muffins that were incredible! Made with flax seed, egg and sugar free maple syrup. Oh those were good, I need to find that.
