I posted a very similar post yesterday ! I am in the same boat. Although, i lost 25 and gained every single lb back, now looking to lose 30. I am 5'2" goal weight is 110-115.

Thank you to everyone! So encouraging knowing i am not alone! I know the holidays did not help anyone at all! Done with excuses, back to reults! I am starting back with ONLY water to drink i am 78oz in for today! :smile: And smaller portions at the dinner table. I am also training for my first ever 5k in April! Lets do it!

Kabiti, Work stress, a child with ongoing medical issues stress, a grumpy night shift husband stress, and financial stress....... i ate my emotions recently for SURE. :smile: OH and i quit smoking... so instead of craving cigs, i think i crave food no instead (Oh BOY! )

oh yeah i was moving lol. I am good at picking up routines so i danced right along with them ! My heart rate was deff going, i know it is good cardio, but they try to incorporate moves to target mid sections and butts & guts, was just curious if it is effective in toning these areas if it is something to stick with!

In my last comment i stated that i had an anxiety about doing it alone for the simple fact that i have not the whole time starting out. You all have made me realize i sound like a complete pansy and i am going to toughen up tonight and lift like a boss! :glasses:

I think my thing was my anxiety of doing it alone just because i have had the support of my friend "spotting" me from day one, and quite honestly she never actually did anything besides stand there and guide me and be support in case i had an accident lol. Someone made the comment to me on here, abs are made in the kitchen. I am finding this more and more true , my goal is to have a flat toned tummy before i shoot for abs, but as i started my clean foods diet i am seeing more of a drastic change along with working out 5x a week!
