this is 3 1/2 months progress, i did not take a beginning pic, as i was embarrassed, but this is midways to now. 10 lb difference. I am still working and have started lifting heavier and eating healthier. Any advice is welcome!

    You put asterixes around your link which is going to mess it up. Also I guess you deleted the original image.

    Bizarre, I changed the URL and IMG to lower case (needs to be this to work) but it shows that you've deleted the image? Even if you could copy and paste the links again then we can see if they just need tweaked. :)
