You're right. It doesn't happen over night. Because of MFP I have learned a few things I never knew. Now I just need that little push EVERY DAY to get myself to work out EVERY DAY. I try but sometimes I let the little things get in the way.

I eat alone a lot. And "snack" a lot. I eat faster than I used to. I never thought of it as being binge eating.... Maybe it is? I guess I'll have to look into it a bit more. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much for the responses. First thing I'm going to do is start eating breakfast. I was considering a yogurt or a smoothie and then going down to the fitness room for 20 minutes. I only get headaches when I don't have some caffeine. I used to be really addicted to Mt. Dew but I dealt with the migraines. Now I get a headache about every other day from not drinkin soda. I know that doesn't help ya but thought I'd let you know you're not the only experiencing headaches now that you're eating better.

I did what the last poster said, I started to eat more things like Jell-O and fruit and soups and it helped "clean out" my system a bit. I didn't HAVE to be near the toilet but I don't feel as bloated as I did when I first started dieting. Just my opinion.
