Hi all
Just joined. I just had a baby 9 wks ago and i am desperate to get back to my pre-pregnancy body. I love working out and especially spinning. I was 127 before i got pregnant and am now 143 and have been since about 1 week after giving birth. Ive returned to the gym after my 6wk checkup and have stayed 143. I am so frustrated and disappointed. Im hoping this site will help me reach my goals.

I wish you lots of luck! I'm working on getting my body back too but it's not from having a baby. I quit smoking and let myself go. I had a nasty habit of snacking on things I shouldn't eat. I've gotten a little better but just started this in the last couple of weeks. It has helped me realize my calorie intake and how much exercise I WASN'T doing! Again, Good Luck!0
