I love Black and Brown Rice. If you want convenience, Uncle Bens makes a rice pouch that you put in the microwave for 90 seconds and has about 2 cups of rice in it. I buy the Wild and Whole grains variety, it has Black, Brown and Red rices though buying the dry, bulk or bagged rice is always better so you can season it…

Cold and black. No ice, creamers or any of that. Make some and cool it, then put into a pitcher in the fridge. Delicious cold coffee! I hate warm/hot drinks.

Raw fruits and veggies are a lot cheaper per pound than frozen pizzas and hot dogs. I can fill a cart with fruits and veggies for $50, or I can fill a cart with a bunch of frozen and boxed stuff for $150. Yogurts are cheap, you can get 6 Tillamook or 6 Yoplait yogurts for $3 at Fred Meyer right now. Try to avoid boxed…

2nd row, 2nd from left: AWESOME weight loss!

Did you swallow it like a pill? If so that might be even a couple more calories burned for your body to have to melt the whole solid cube instead of chewing it up.

When people have it over the back side it tends to slowly unravel towards the ground, especially if you have the window in your bathroom open with a breeze. Over the front it will just spin over, backwards it tries to escape and its easier for our stupid cat to destroy.

I went from 242 lbs to 238 and I recalculated. It went from 1680 to 1650 currently. I recalculate every time I lose any weight, for no reason in particular. It won't hurt, you can also edit your calorie intake to whatever you want.

I just eat when I am hungry. I never eat just because its a certain time of day, if I am not hungry I don't eat.

Worst thing I've eaten as in flavor or calories? Calories is probably an entire to go thing of Chinese food... but it was delicious! Worst flavored thing was some spinach I way over cooked and it was just rubbery and tasted really odd. I like my spinach barely cooked, raw is best.

Soda is a drink made out of soda water. Pop is just a verb.

32 pounds lost and I'm still in 40 jeans. I've been 40 jeans for 5 years and my waist is still the exact same 45.25 inches it was when I measured on May 8th, my first day here. Extremely annoying, I really want to buy new pants instead of having to buy new pants at this size, then I lose mass out of nowhere and I just…

I love olives! In my omelets, quesadillas, scrambled eggs, sandwiches, pizza, out of the can/jar... doesn't matter. Hot, cold.

I'll use a Wikipedia link so I don't have to copy paste everything and you can see a picture. They are really sweet and citrusy! I buy mine Organic at Fred Meyer, Kroger elsewhere in the US. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tangelo

Exactly. I've been 90 pounds over weight for 4-5 years. I want it gone RIGHT NOW, this very minute... but I know that's unrealistic, I've been carrying this fat around for 4-5 years, its gonna take some time to go away and that's all my fault and I know that. People don't understand there is no instant fat loss, except…

Dave's Killer Organic Bread! Sprouted wheat is the best (imo), it's made from ground up green wheat sprouts instead of the usual flour and water mixture. The moisture is all from the wheat sprouts, extremely tender and full of all kinds of good organic seeds! I saw how they make it at their factory, they give little tours.…

I don't mind a little lemon and lime wedge squeezed into my water but I am not a fan of plain, raw cucumbers. We buy Organic Tangelos and squeeze 2 of the 8 sections, after peeling them, into ice cold water as well. I do enjoy my water almost freezing and plain, but sometimes flavor is good too! After you squeeze the…

Dads side: Scandinavian and English (Grandparents both came from Europe and both were 50/50) Moms side: Blackfoot Indian (Grandpa was 100%) Irish and English (Grandma was 50/50) I never lived in any of those places though, I've lived in Oregon 90% of my life. Was born in Washington State and moved to Oregon when I was 5.

Slice them up, sprinkle a little sugar (less if you like tart, more for sweetness) on them with their juices. Put into the fridge for an hour or so. Put some in a small bowl with Cool Whip. It's like a Strawberry Shortcake, but without the 100 or so calories from the dense sugar cake!

I had probably 2 20 ounce bottle of regular and code red mountain dew everyday at my school from the vending machine and I was always in the median of my weight average during my sports physicals I had twice a year. Its the kids that sit at home and play video games all day, eat 4,000 calories of chips and hot pockets and…

I'm still losing weight though even if I under count. I'm extremely active and by not adding the extra fruit and veggie calories I'm still on track to my goal, though its slowed down significantly in the last 2-3 weeks. I'm not interested in counting points or trying to figure out what point goes to what foods. I walk my…
Oven baked potato = Jacket spud. What do you call it? When filled, they normally call em, filled skins.
I just call it a 'Baked Potato' either way. I never heard of jacket for potato either.

When I do my 10 mile walk/jog, I'll map out my exact distance, mark my start time and end time. So say I do 10 miles walking and jogging (non-stop) in 2 hours and 50 minutes, that's an average of 3.52 MPH and I'll just log it in MFP as "3.5 MPH fast walk pace for 170 minutes". I use Google maps, select my home address and…

I didn't like Mio at all, any flavor is just... weird to me. I do like the Kroger brand Berry Pomegranate water 'enhancer'. I only use it when I do my 9+ miles walks every other night, it has b3 b6 and b12 vitamins in it for energy supposedly but it just tastes good. I don't drink it during the day or for no reason, those…

I love water but find that I enjoy it 100 times more when its so cold its almost going to freeze. I'm not a fan of ice cubes since I use a metal water bottle, but I have a pitcher of water in my fridge and if I don't want water immediately I'll fill my bottle up and stick it in the freezer for 10 or so minutes.

I like a little raw garlic, red and black pepper, olive oil and sesame oil on my salads.
-
I don't log most of my Veggies or Fruits because I don't feel they should take up my daily food requirements/calories. Fruits and veggies are a necessity to me so I just eat them whenever I want and not log it, unless its with a meal (sometimes) like today I had a banana with lunch and I was at my desk so I just added it…

Pacific brands organic Tomato Soup with Whole Grain and Flax tortilla quesadillas. In the Quesadilla I use tortilla and fold in half and cook in a pan with 2 tsp olive oil, I put 1/4 cup 1% milk cheese, thin sliced chicken breast, olives, spinach, onions, hot sauce and maybe bell peppers if we have any left. I like to dip…

A couple tenth's of a pound away from "33 pounds = a cinder block". My ending goal is "90 pounds = a newborn calf ".
