    Pacific brands organic Tomato Soup with Whole Grain and Flax tortilla quesadillas. In the Quesadilla I use tortilla and fold in half and cook in a pan with 2 tsp olive oil, I put 1/4 cup 1% milk cheese, thin sliced chicken breast, olives, spinach, onions, hot sauce and maybe bell peppers if we have any left. I like to dip the quesadilla in the soup. I always have a side of fruit and a small salad but I don't add most fruits and veggies on my diary usually so nobody knows!

    I had breakfast for dinner. Scrambled eggs, sausage links and French Toast.

    i had a sundried tomato wrap stuffed full with.... lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, black olives, cucumber, and hummus. and a random goat cheese medallion on the side. omnomnom
