Hydration for hot days

This is really good(drinking it right now!) Its a few slices of cucumber and a slice of lemon. Super fast to make super refreshing to drink. Its not super sweet but it still has a little flavor to bump up your water. Honestly I don't track the calories in this...I will reuse the same slices for a few rounds. I usually don't eat the slices either.

I try not to complicate water. It's fine.
  • There are a lot of people who don't like drinking plain water. Or just want something different. I was just giving ideas

I don't mind a little lemon and lime wedge squeezed into my water but I am not a fan of plain, raw cucumbers. We buy Organic Tangelos and squeeze 2 of the 8 sections, after peeling them, into ice cold water as well. I do enjoy my water almost freezing and plain, but sometimes flavor is good too! After you squeeze the tangelo pieces into the water just drop them into it, pulp and all, its really good.

I'll use a Wikipedia link so I don't have to copy paste everything and you can see a picture. They are really sweet and citrusy! I buy mine Organic at Fred Meyer, Kroger elsewhere in the US.

I like water pretty well by itself. Never thought about adding cucumbers. But I do love cucumbers. May have to try this! Thanks for the idea! :D
