I have been super sick the last week. I haven't done any excersizes and have not eaten much. I hope to be over this soon so I can get back on track.

I just found this group and I am so excited. I know I'm starting out late but I guess better late than never. I am currently doing another squat challenge and we are finishing up on Tuesday. So I am here to do the crunches because I need toning in that area too. So 45 and done today!

No but I went and checked out my food log and I seem to be doing OK. I have a hard time keeping track of my calories and exercises each day. Thank god I don't have to start tracking that too.

These seem easy enough to make. Do you know how much protein? Can I use other spices? I have never used corriander.
