My sister is a half-marathoner and her husband is a tri-athlete. They both use a gator- ade gel. At the sports store today they recommended a "Hammer" brand. It is all natural. Good luck!

I will join. I used to run in high school. I am struggling with exercise motivation. I looked up www.C25k.com. It sounds like something I can do. Tomorrow will be week 1 day 1. I am thinking I will run M, W, F.

I made my weekly goal. It was to exercise 4X and at least 180 mins. I did the 4x and 245 mins. Next week is the same goal for the week.

I am there with you this week. I have been maintaining for three weeks with bouncing back and forth with 1-2 lb gain and loss. I am here this week. My goals are log in daily and exercise 220 mins. Today I am going to an amusement park. I know I will get at least 2 hours of walking in. The rest of the week I will do 100 mins. Last week was my first time back on weekly goals. I made my goals except for one day I didn't log in. I lost 2.5 lbs!!

I made my goal of logging in daily and 155 mins of exercise. Goal was 100 mins. I am sticking with 100 mins again. My work schedule is too crazy to put self pressure of pushing more minutes.

I made my exercise goal this week of 100 mins. I did 155 mins and logged in every day. I lost 2.5 lbs this week. It pays to log in and exercise. I am going to keep the same goal of 100 mins and logging in daily. My work/travel schedule is to nuts to up it, yet.

My goal is 100 mins.of exercise and log in daily to record my food I am struggling with the exercise. I also missed logging in. This traveling for work has thrown me off. I head to the airport in an hour and half. I will wear my walking shoes and walk until it is time to board the plane.

I didn't make my goal of 2000 burn for the week. I only burned 1268 calories. I am traveling for work during the month of March. It is tough to get the exercise in. I will change my goal for round 2 for 100 mins. I will log in on the next weeks link.

I am in. I like the one week challenges. I struggle with exercise. I am going to do a twist on the exercise and go for a 2000 calorie weekly burn. It helps me get past the mental block of time. I am traveling with my work this week. It is always a struggle to meet my goals while away from home.

Don't be discouraged. You are doing this for yourself and your health. For now seek motivation and support for MFP friends. Be aware of any sabotaging by your wife ie: cooking favorite recipes that are loaded with calories, stocking the kitchen with food you don't want to eat. You are on a journey for yourself.
