One of the things I cannot hear or read about anymoren is STARVATION MODE... I do like to work out in the morning, pre breakfast and then afterwards feel like I earned my protein rich meal. Can somebody help me, I am willing to take DIM supplements to help metabolize fat around my thighs and hips. I try to look in to it but ofcourse some sources are pro, some are con. Anyone with some experience with DIM?

I've been drinking Gun Powder Grean Tea for a few years now. Started it (ofcourse I would almost say) because I thought it may help boosting my metabolism. Kind of have to get used to the taste, it's a bit smokey, but since I started drinking this I hardly drink coffee anymore. I would surely recommend it!
