I'm just starting the weight loss journey myself but you will need to post up some information as there are a lot of factors involved. for example : Your current weight, your diet, your exercise routine etc The bigger you are the larger amounts you will lose at the start, wont be easy though ;)
-
I'd like a bit of a plan to start though and then gradually adjust it to my needs, it will keep me motivated and organised :P

Which breakfast in particular? Porridge or eggs? or both? haha
-
I like the chicken and rice idea. Is it true that you shouldn't buy the prepacked breasts ? From tesco for example.

I'm willing to bet you haven't worked 84 hour weeks? I love cooking and wish I could make lunches daily but the last thing I have on my mind after a 12 hour shift is cooking lol. Kind of the reason I made this thread. Thanks for all the suggestions :)

Nope, i'm scared of my scale, he's a bloody liar! :D
-
Made it with chocolate protein and added a pinch of cinnamon. Not going to lie, i spat it out and gave them to my dogs lol.

I was wondering about this aswell. I had a fruit boost from cafe nero today and that alone shot me way over my daily limit!
-
BUMP i could also use some info on this as i work days and nights so it can be a nightmare trying to find the time to cook (as much as i love it)
-
White chocolate mocha from café nero, totally worth it though! lol
-
i know what i'm having for breakfast tomorrow :D

Perhaps you have a gluten intolerance or a lactose intolerance. Have you noticed which foods give you trouble?
-
love this, thank you! now to go out and buy a crockpot in the morning :D

First of all, don't starve yourself, it's unhealthy. Why do you dislike the gym? The only way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise, cut out all the 'crap'. Avoid fast foods and sweets. Also try to keep yourself busy so that you don't eat out of boredom, take up a few hobbies, have you considered a sport?

Thanks :D Joined the group, looking through the discussions now ^_^

You aren't going to notice a huge difference in 4 days or even 4 weeks, probably not even 4 months lol. All good things require work, keep at it for your daughters sake! :) You say that you go to the gym, what do you do at the gym and are you watching what you eat?
