need a partner in this

Hey,
Im in high school, and I just wanna lose 10 pounds - I used to have a great body, but then I started binge-eating :(

I would then starve myself and lose the weight but I also would be really weak and have no energy to be with friends. But I dont know how to lose weight properly and I really dislike the gym.

I cant get support from my family because my sister is anorexic, so they would just tell me Im being ridiculous and I dont wanna trigger her.

I am 5'8'' and 140 lbs. I want to be 128 lbs because I have a bit of a gut and people are so used to me being skinny that I have to wear loose clothing to hide it, which I hate.

SO if anyone is in high school and has similar goals, PLEASE add me/message me cuz having a partner in this could be benificial to both of us! Im talking about giving each other tips and motivation, and learning together how to stop bingeing!

    First of all, don't starve yourself, it's unhealthy.

    Why do you dislike the gym?

    The only way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise, cut out all the 'crap'. Avoid fast foods and sweets. Also try to keep yourself busy so that you don't eat out of boredom, take up a few hobbies, have you considered a sport?
