I struggle with this sometimes, and other times have loads of energy. What i find helps is Herbal teas ( if you dont like them to begin with, you will the more you try them), you can get loads of different flavours and they boost energy with no calories!

hey i think a goal gift is a fantastic idea!! i havent got one planned as such, however im just so looking forward to going shoppign and not feel/look horrible buying clothes :D i have been resisting buying stuff until i get there. x

i do have a problem making sure i eat enough before i exercise. i go to the gym at lunch once a week and find i sometimes dont eat enough before. and really struggle with energy levels, i always grab a roll after the gym. my solution so far has been: breakfast: toast + butter/peanut butter around 10-11 coffee or green tea…

heyy im drinking it too! started because i liked it and then cos i heard its good for weight loss. its supposed to help you lose weight and it has almost no calories and so much healthier than coffee.. also gives you energy. i love it. i dont no if it has seriously aided my weight loss. but every little bit helps. x

i started doing this yesterday and realised im over already and only just finished lunch, mine come from fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice tho but still worrying me.

same here!! i couldnt possibly exercise every day and i would just get depressed that im not keeping up. Therefore i aim for 3 times a week. at the moment thats working :D and i feel good about myself when i have done them :) everybody is different though. x

Thanks yeh im generally a believer of slow is better than fast, and im proud im actually losing weight as this is my first attempt to lose weight ever. however I am heading back to university in end august/ beginning september and would really like to have lost quite a bit more. and by the results so far i am only losing…

I never realised but before i started 'dieting' (healthy eating) i used to feel awful after every meal! and problem sleeping and things. Since my healthy days i feel fine after meals :) and on my bad days i feel sick after meals too. just shows healthy eating is so much better for you! x

Maybe try making simple changes like green tea instead of coffee. Or black coffee instead of cream/sugar would be a good start. Every little bit helps.
