Tired and bloating

Wondering why after working out about 6 days a week for 6weeks why I am still so tired and seem to bloat at the least thing. I always hear everyone say how much more energy they have once they started working out. i watch what i eat 80% of the time and keep track on here daily. Today was so bad nothing really got me out of the tiredness.

    I struggle with this sometimes, and other times have loads of energy. What i find helps is Herbal teas ( if you dont like them to begin with, you will the more you try them), you can get loads of different flavours and they boost energy with no calories!
