  • YES! I spent about $25 on one when I first started on here and have been really happy with it. You can guess what 4 oz of chicken looks like, 2 oz beef, etc...... but once I saw it on the scale I realized that I was not anywhere close.

  • I had the same issue..... with baby number one I never got back down to my prepregnancy weight.... then at baby number two I lost about half of the weight immediately after giving birth.... and gained the rest of it back plus 5 lbs! Yikes!!

  • I refuse to feel guilty about taking time out of my day (.....away from my kids......) to go to the gym. I will be giving them the best gift of all..... a healthy mom who will be around for longer......
