    I started my weight loss journey on 1/31/11 and have since lost 70 lbs, went from not being able to run for 30 seconds to training for and completing 3 5Ks, learning and enjoying krav maga, and making a commitment to exercising and logging food daily. I will meet my goal in 2012! I've had support from many family members and friends, including my fabulous gym partner that meets me at the gym at 6am every day.
