    I refuse to let others stress me out! I also refuse to allow myself to make stupid promises that I know I'm never going to live up to or even attempt!

    I refuse to feel guilty about taking time out of my day (.....away from my kids......) to go to the gym. I will be giving them the best gift of all..... a healthy mom who will be around for longer......

    I refuse to go backwards! I reached my goal last year and then railroaded myself when life threw a curve ball at me! That's not happening again!
