I had the same experience. I went from 225lbs to 155lbs and then sprung back up to 180lbs and am now sitting at 149lbs. Have whiplash yet??? Not 80lbs lost only 76 so far haha. I'm a pretty short person so I think it's a pretty big change. Keep going consistency is key even though I know there are many days that you just wanna quit (at least I do haha)

EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT So many people severely restrict their calories right outta the gate which messes with your metabolism and usually is the root cause of people binging out and giving up. Eat food. It'll make you happier, your workouts better and nourish you :)

@ThatLadyFromMN I have started heavy lifting this year! I am also tracking macros with a coach (current: Protein: 115 Carbs: 240 Fat: 50 Fiber 35 or more Calories @1830) I am also a vegan :) so far it's been pretty easy but just very slow going but that's just how weight loss goes.

I have 3 tattoos, I have a key on my ankle, a rabbit on my leg and a sailboat on my hip. Piercings freak me out so I just have the normal ear piercing and have had my tongue pierced...but that went horribly wrong haha
