Jan 2016 to Aug 2016 - down 40 lbs and enjoyed a lot of sun (cardio) during that time. It was actually this "before" pic that really helped motivate me to start losing weight. I was taking a lot of selfies since i was on a solo vacation and just couldn't find an angle that made me happy with the way I looked. Looking forward to my next solo trip - think I will enjoy taking selfies a lot more this time around28 -
You all look amazing! Seriously I think I just developed like 30 new crushes in the past few minutes of scrolling through the thread. Partially 'cause you're all looking awesome, and partially 'cause I know full well the level of determination it takes to make that kind of change. You're all massive inspirations!
Anyway, here's my before-progress pics. Before is from the summer, a few months before I started losing weight, and after is from last week. There's about 15lbs between them, and I'm about another 15lbs from where I want to be. Which isn't a lot, but I'm still really proud of my progress and seriously can't wait to see what emerges (an even more defined chin? Maybe even cheekbones?!) with the next 15lbs

Only 2 stone down but maintained for a couple of years now and I am so much happier & confident!!

80 pounds off...it took 18 months. I have kept it off for 10+/- years and finally made a very much delayed side-by-side pic. I am currently training for my first Sprint-Triathlon

Still on my journey, but almost to my goal of 135 (so not stressing that it's taking a long time).
Taking a maintenance break for a while (loving the extra calories).
