Being 50 lbs lighter has made a big difference in my life! I'm 53 and just had my annual physical and blood work done. Overall cholesterol and blood pressure/sugar levels all came back normal along with a great report of health from my doctor. The last few years most of my numbers were not good and I didn't feel good either with my share of developing health issues. I decided I wanted to do something about that and be around to see my grandchildren and perhaps even my great grandchildren. My wife and I had a great time playing with our 2 year old grandson the other day. I was able to keep up with our precious gift and still have some energy to enjoy the rest of the day. None of us know how much time we have on this God created planet. Every day is a gift from God! How we choose to live it, is up to us.

To quote one of my inspirations, my niece, who was recently asked on a fitness post... "Why are you doing all this?" " What are you training for?" "LIFE!", was her response.

Not done, but first time I really did a face picture - 70lbs down, first pic is October 2016, second is today, June 2017.

Started my journey in September 2016 and have lost 56 lbs since then. I have about 50 lbs left to go at least.
