I bought one at Walmart (Canada). Spent $59 + tax but returned it when I saw that TJ Maxx (Winners in Canada) had similar item for $39. Be careful at Walmart - not everything is a great bargain.

You should go with your own reading. Calorie burn depends on so many factors that simply cannot be figured into the generic numbers that are listed in the database. I don`t think I`ve ever used the numbers that the database provides - they are always anywhere between 50-100% higher than my actual burn. All of that said,…

What about spaghetti squash? I often use that as a base to my spaghetti sauce on nights when my family eats pasta. It's obviously not as filling or satisfying as pasta - but very low cal and nutricious.

I lived in Asia for a few years and these are some of the very simple remedies I learned for nausea and/or upset stomach.
