PS - I am currently on day 11 of the 30 - feeling it and already noticing some changes in my body. I am also getting so strong! (REAL weakling all my life!)0

You can go to you tube and watch clips of it. That's what I did when I was trying to decide to buy it. I have been doing it for two weeks. I like it.0

I'm on Day 7...I even got my whole family to do it with me today. It's a kick-your-butt workout...but worth it! The 20 minutes go by fast! The DVD only costs $9.99, totally reasonable-- go get it!0

After hearing my Sister talk about it (she's a PT) I decided to try it: I did level 1 for the first time today & LOVE it!! I'll be able to move to level 2 by the end of this week & then see when I got from there.
If you're just starting to workout, this is tough, but please don't quit. The end results will speak for themselves. Give it 30 days, even if you don't move past level 1, you're reprogramming your body, mind & soul & it is SO worth it. I got 6-week 6-pack as well & that is REALLY HARD, but I love it, too! I know I WILL see results by the end of April as long as I stick with this & I know you CAN & WILL do this, too :flowerforyou:0 -
I just started it on Friday...are you supposed to do it everyday or give a rest day in between? I was planning on a "rest" day in between where I would do 30 minutes on the elliptical instead.0

For maximum results, it's recommended to do it 5-6 times per week, but be careful not to do too much other weight training exercises & stick with maybe 40-60 mins of cardio along with it (it you want a little extra burn - cardio burns fat & then the 30-day shred will help build, tone & firm your muscles).
I've already noticed a huge difference in doing it back to back this week; biggest difference is those jiggly parts of my arms aren't jiggling very much!0
