Age: 27 Height: 5'8 Weight - 149 Calories - I stagger them each day. I have two 1500 days, two 1800 days, one 1600 day, one 1700 day and a cheat day. Calorie burn - according to my fitbit, I burn between 2100-2200 any given day. My goal is to get to 145 pounds and look hot in a bikini!

I've been doing all sorts of exercises these past few months but I really started to concentrate on the ab area around the first of the year. I would do a google search for lower ab exercises and try those! Maybe you can't spot reduce but you can work the hell out of that area. :)

Yes! I had my surgery in 2008. My scars have completely turned white and cannot be seen while wearing a swimsuit. I did not get a breast lift but I am 27 and that may contribute to how well they "bounced back." It does not automatically come with the surgery or at least it didn't with mine because insurance did cover it.…

I log my breakfast, lunch and snacks first thing in the morning. If I already know what I'm making for dinner, I put that in there, too. If I have wiggle room, I treat myself. :)

I get a 6 inch turkey with bacon & provolone on wheat bread. Add mustard and veggies and it's only 375 calories. 375 calories of delicious!
