You cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Period. 30 minutes walking may burn around 200 calories. If you over-eat by 600-1200 calories per day, you'd have to walk 3-6 hours to burn it off.

Don't judge me, but if I carefully measured my meal and my kids come up to eat off my plate, it kinda makes me want to throw myself on the ground and throw a baby fit. EAT YOUR OWN FOOD! lol :)

Checked your diary. You're not starving yourself. Your friend is feeling guilty about eating unhealthy food and wants to feel better about herself by trying to manipulate you into doing the same. Stick to your guns. It's YOUR body.

I've found that there is a lot of satisfaction in "no thank you"! Especially since I've been able to lose weight. Plus, having to log a donut or a cupcake is defeating!

I love the Jock Jams station on Pandora. Has some good old school jams with good beats. Plus, some of the old school stuff makes me think back to high school, then I think about how fit I was, and that gives me motivation to keep moving :)

I love spaghetti squash because I can eat a nice healthy portion of it and feel satisfied.

Use the 80/20 rule to lose weight. 80% diet, 20% exercise. One pound of fat = 3500 calories.
