50 lbs down in 5 months! Pics

At one point I was 290 pounds! I am now down 90lbs from that but it has been a long road since 2011. After heart surgery I started over at 250 lbs and I have been eating better and getting exercise since November and have lost 50 lbs! I want to lose 80 more, so here goes nothing!

    Thanks Guys! I am really HATING my arms (always have) but it kind of discourages you when you feel like they wont ever look good no matter what you do! But I am really focusing on doing some strength training to help hopefully with that, but I do have a lot of weight I can lose yet so it makes me feel a little better haha!
