Hi Im eating like 1200 calories a day and low fat and running a few times a week plus I walk 40 minutes a day. Hoping to get down to minimum 115 by the end of July now weigh 122/123

Don't eat big meals, instead eat 5-7 small meals a day staying within your calorie limit, that way you are having something every 2 hours! works for me :)

You´re right it sucks! we just need to know when to stop! and not eat as much as our bf and husbands!

hi! im a pear, and here is my sucess story I found when I was 112-115lbs I looked my best im 5 ft 3 so thats BMI of 20. Hello Meg, yes but im 5ft 3 so my 125lbs is your 118lbs so if you decide to lose 10 more llbs after that then they will be " vanity pounds". I am trying to bring my bmi from 22 to 20 which is a perfectly healthy weight loss for my height. I used to be that slim and i felt and looked much better!

i decided to put a time limit on because i live in a spain and its coming up to bikini season! also because i started in Feb and because i had so long to lose i ended up leaving it and not being serious and only lost 1lb since then!
