I'm 5'4 and weigh 125. I'd like to get to around 115. I feel like I looked my best around 110 but I don't know if that's realistic these days0

I look at ideal healthy weight as a range instead a static number, anywhere from 110-147lb can be normal for 5'3'' - what determines that ideal lean, toned, fit look is body fat percentage not really weight. Also, the same weight can look different on the same height woman if they have different frames - large vs small bone structure, apple vs pear shape. I am shooting for a size 6 and once I achieve that goal I may begin to worry about the scale a bit more. I started at a size 14, am down to a size 10 and hope to be size 6 by fall. In my personal experience, strength training builds lean muscle and gives me a toned look - the scale doesn't go down very quickly but clothes begin to fit much more loosely and inches come off before pounds do because muscle replaces jiggly fat.0

I'm 5 and 3/4 I recently reached my weight goal which is 120 I used to be 165.0

I'm between 5"3.5" and 5'4"... currently at 134.6 (I had to have my boyfriend hide my scale from me:yawn: , so it might be lower... we'll see where I am in another few weeks!), and would like to get back to 125, maybe even 120. Started at about 150.0

I am 5'4 and currently 160. Waist size is 33 inches and I am in a size 10 but can squeeeezeeee into a size 8 in some styles. Goal weight is between 120-130.0

My goal weight is not far off where I've been before, (last time was 4 years ago) but I was 25% body fat at my lowest so would now like to get to 20%0 -

I have quite a small frame, and everyone in my family is tiny anyway, so I think that's about what my 'natural' weight is, if I weren't binging/purging/restricting. I'll see how I feel when I get close, though.

what is your goal weight?
I am 5' 4" and started at 179 pounds. My goal is 149 because I felt 30 pounds was something good to shoot for but not too overwhelming. When I reach that point, I may decide to go lower... maybe 10 to 20 pounds more. I don't think I will go lower than 125 though. I have weighed less than that and really felt at my best around 125.0 -
I'm 21 years old and 5'3. My current weight is almost 160, and my goal is 140. I also kind of feel like that goal weight of mine is too much compared to the 110s and the 120s being mentioned on here. I've always been athletic in my build and also in my activities growing up. I have a lot of muscle but have gained weight with my ED so a lot of it is hiding under fat.0

I'm 5'3" and 250. I wear an 18/20W. I looked and felt best around 135-140...but I think body frame and muscle mass have to factor in! At that weight I was an 8/10 in most clothes.0

I'm 5'4 and 154, my goal is 124. I've been as low as 98 and as high as 179.0

Call me optimistic, but I think I weigh a lot more than I look like I should - I lift weights and have kind of an athletic-looking (as opposed to slender) frame. I'm 5'4" and 160 - looking to drop about 20 to give me knees a break (long distance runner). I could never be 110 again - it's completely unreasonable for my frame. Be careful when you compare all the 5'4"s of the world ... every body is different (and beautiful!!). xo0

5'3.5, ~164ish lbs, regularly lift weights. I think in an alternate universe where I didn't like sugar I could be a smaller size... but ideally somewhere in the 140s. Maybe.0

I'm 5'4 and started at around 154 and I'm now 144. My goal is set for 135 but I'd be happy with anything between 140-135. Basically until my UK size 10s (a US 6 I think!) fit comfortably again.0
