I don't have a clue where *I* want my goal weight to be. at the moment, my eating disorder wants my weight to be 105lbs - I want to recover but lose weight at the same time. I am nowhere near underweight - 167lbs, 5ft 4.
what is your goal weight?

I'm 5'3.5", and my goal weight is 115-125. I'm planning on lifting weights as I get more flexible, and so I may find I've hit the look I want at a higher weight than expected.0

105 seems a bit too slim for 5'3"!
your BMI wants you to be 105 at your very smallest, you're a pound off being underweight there,
so I suggest to OP that she tries to be somewhere around 115-120 mark0 -
5'4" here.
Since I started whale size.. 325, my UGW is 195.0 -

ugh. this sucks. any number seems too high, regardless of what it is. I want to get down to 143lbs (healthy weight) then go from there.0

According to the National Institutes of Health, a woman should weigh roughly 100 lbs. for the first 5 feet of height and then an additional 5 lbs. for every inch over this height. If you're 5 feet 4 inches tall, your ideal body weight is right around 120 lbs. But with petite women of a small frame, you should also subtract 10 percent from this body weight. This means that your ideal body weight is now 108 lbs. Larger frames add 10 percent, so your ideal body weight is now 132 lbs.0

SW: 130 lbs
CW: 127 lbs
GW: 110 lbs
Though I'm almost always consistently stuck once I hit 125 lbs.0 -
I'm 5ft 3in. and my goal weight is around 140, I came from 220. But really it's more about how you feel and what you look good at. I feel like if I was smaller than 140, I would look toooo small. Mind you, I am what people consider "thick"and I don't believe my thighs and hips will every be small....0

I am between 5'4 and 5'5 .. but ...
Largest Weight: 170
CW: 140
GW: 130-135 (I want to look better so wherever that number is)
I would shoot for 130 as a good goal and then when you get there see if you want to go down smaller. I personally would rather have a little curves and not look super skinny. I've been 120 before and it was eh ... for me.0 -
I'm 5'3 and hover around 120lbs to 125lbs. I started out at 167lbs. I wear a size 1/2 in jeans. I hope that helps. :flowerforyou:0

I'm 30 years old and 5'3.5". My first main goal is 135lbs. That is the weight I was 5 years ago and felt good at that weight. Once I reach it, I will determine if thats it or if I want to lose more. I don't want to weigh less than 120lbs and I want muscle so I think between 120lbs-135lbs is good for me. I weighed under 120lbs in my teens/early 20s and I don't want to be that thin.0
