Ways to help curb hunger?

Don't eat big meals, instead eat 5-7 small meals a day staying within your calorie limit, that way you are having something every 2 hours! works for me0

Another munchie crunchie thing could be is dry roasted chickpeas They are a nice little snack and you can season them however you'd like! The protein also takes a bit longer to digest so maybe it'll make your tummy a bit fuller
You could alternate between water and green tea (no sugar/sweetener)? I hear green tea helps keep you fuller and there are so many different varieties out there! There's a really nice blueberry/acai berry flavored green tea that I like to drink.
And if you're hungry seriously just eat! Hop on the treadmill or go for a walk? Perhaps if you feel the need to munch something go for a walk around the block since you said it's probably a mental thing.
