I think I am too! Was on WeightWatchers before and they changed their plan and I stopped losing. I’m loving MFP, but having trouble getting all the carbs and goin over on calories and fiber. Can’t I just count carbs? Do I have to count calories, and other macros?

I just spent all day digging, moving flower beds and pulling weeds. I entered in 6 hours general gardening and it gave me over 1000 calories. I just adjusted my time to about 2 hours and counted around 500. I think the estimates are high.

I also have this problem, no matter how thick the padding in the bra. I did find a solution, though; it is a product called "Nippies." I ordered online. They cost about $25.00, there are different ones that are cheaper. Best $25.00 I ever spent! They are made of silicone and slip inside of any bra. Mine aren't adhesive but…

Count me in! I will be 50 next month. I can sure relate to hormone changes and hot flashes, too!!! Exercise does seem to help decrease them, though.

I am exhausted from cardio and gardening. I couldn't complete the challenge but I got plenty of exercise today, so I am not going to frett it. Lol

I Am following what MFP suggests and I will have to wait and see if it is right for me. I imagine you might have to adjust for each individual and metabolism since we are all different.

Thanks, everyone! I just did 55 lunges, 100 crunches and 30 push ups (girly ones). I have to build up my strength in upper body to do full push ups, again.
