I've done quite a few Beachbody programs. I'm doing LIIFT4 right now. I can tell you that, if you have the time (about an hour a day/6 days a week), there is none better than 80 Day Obsession. BBQ sauce (i use Stubbs, which is GF) many ice creams have gluten...thank goodness Halo Top has a bunch of GF varieties! canned soups…

i do 16/8 intermittent fasting. i like a large dinner so this allows me to have one. i don't think the IF contributes to my weight loss, save for the fact that i have less time to go over my calorie allowance.

tacos are probably my all-time favorite food....and you can make them so many ways! i cannot have gluten, so my favorite is white corn tortillas but i actually made baked tacos with the hard stand-up ones (heh heh sorry i'm immature) on monday and they turned out great. sadly (or not), i cannot do taco bell as their meat…
