I'm on day 3. Feeling great today. Yesterday sucked and I really had no appetite whatsoever. I'm still drinking coffee (black) but have cut it down to < 2 cups in the morning. I'm happy to be home from vacation in my kitchen so I can cook a ton of food for the week. What's everyone else struggling with/doing well with?

There is no way to predict how much you would lose. I imagine that eating strictly fruits and veggies that your body would become very deficient in protein. I think that you would experience more adverse side effects than weight loss. Do you already follow a vegan diet?

Hi - I know I'm late responding, but I just joined the site. You can always hike around the lake grapevine area - there are a lot of trails there. Also Katy Trail and White Rock Lake have nice paved areas to walk at.
