I've lost 100lbs and kept 80 of them off for the last 4 years (hoping this is the year, I get rid of those 20 lbs once and for all). I have drank diet sodas and ate whatever fit my calorie range for 90% of the time. I have been very conscientious of the amount of protein I eat daily, but other than that, if it fits in my…

unless you're training for a competition, have a special event that you have to be a set weight for, enjoy the party, no stress, no guilt, and get back at it tomorrow.

Id be interested in seeing your diary. Some days I have trouble eating enough without eating something bad for me. [/quote] Nothing is bad for you if you can make it fit in your calorie and macronutrient allowance. You can have a hot fudge sundae or pizza or whatever, as long as you are in your calorie range, and getting…

I am a teacher, coach, mom of three. I have to be at school by 7:00 a.m. for before school practice, and stay until 5:15 p.m. for after school practice, then it is home to make dinner, homework, etc. The only way I can get a workout in, is to get up at 5:00 a.m. and do it before work and workout Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, and…

yup, yup, and yup! Great day of eating and working out. Got 30 minutes of stair climbing in at lunch (too cold to walk outside today, so I just went up and down the stair cases at my school) and then did my strong lifts 5 x5 workout for 45 minutes after school! Was so busy during work today, only had time to eat my…

I keep a 2.5lb plate by my scale. Always weight the plate first to make sure scale says 2.5, then I jump on and off twice! I want to know it is accurate! :)

I started intermittent fasting June 1st (I am a teacher, so that was the first Monday of summer vacation). I eat in an 8 hour window. I usually would have my first meal around 2 and then 2nd meal between 8-9. I played full tennis matches (competitive singles), strength trained, ran 3+ miles all in a fasted state and felt…

It is probably hanging out with mine. If you find yours, will you tell mine to come back too....I'm in desperate need of it! lost 18 lbs and went from a size 12 to a 6 this past summer. I am a teacher and since school started it has been hard to stay motivated....gained back 8 lbs....thankfully new clothes still fit but…

Yes, I bought regular weights from the sporting good store. The bar itself is pretty maxed out I think at 40lbs. I am going to have to buy a better bar if I want to add more weight!

I have it and LOVE it! Have used it over a year. I just bought more plates and add more plates to it. As long as you dont mind doing the same two tracks over and over (which I don't) even at the health club when they change tracks it is still pretty much the same workout just different music. I paid extra and got the body…
