You can definitely see the change in your waist/hips, side view of your stomach and your back rolls. Your picture reminds me of my body shape, keep going ! You can add me too! I am looking to lose about 100-125 lbs. I also use instagram for motivation but only been on this website for a few months, started logging everyday about 10 days ago. I have a fitness buddy but she tends to not take serious :(
