I just log it as cardio, or kickboxing, or circuit training. The exercise section also allows you to create your own exercises where you can just input the title of the DVD. you can use the calorie burn total from MFP, or from a heart rate monitor for a more precise total.

I just did 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio and I'll take a walk during the lunch hour. Yay for working from home!!

I haven't logged in a LONG time and I've put back on all the weight I lost. I stopped giving a damn about my weight and I stopped working out because my heart just wasn't in it. My personal life went off the rails for a while and I'm trying to start over again in more ways than one.

I think in some situations it's unrealistic. It's not fair to expect someone to remain faithful to a husband or wife who is abusive or who has already cheated. What's the best excuse you've used to get out of a speeding ticket? B)

Yeah, the pasta has helped somewhat. Over the last few days I've eaten more than my share of treats and it's probably my body flushing all that mess out of my system.

The protein shake was 2 scoops of powder, 4 oz. whole milk and 4 oz. water. (380 calories). The salad was a bit over 400 calories, and dinner was a bit over 600. I'll probably eat another snack of 250 calories or so before I go to bed.

There are apps for iPhone and Android that use the phone's GPS to track distance...sort of like the trip meter on a car. Runtastic and Endomondo are both pretty good (although I'd give the edge to Endomondo as far as GPS accuracy goes). HTH :smile:
