When I was working towards my goal weight, I was eating them back. In maintenance, I am not so regular to do so. But this is also connected to the fact that I stopped logging in faithfully on a daily basis like I did while loosing.

I've never taken a real break while working towards my goal. But when I hit maintenance, I did stop logging in daily.

nuts, dried fruit or, my personal fave: dark chocolate

I reduced my deficit gradually and still kept loosing, so I went below my goal without really intending to. I also maintain at below my initial goal weight because my weight just sort of stabilized there. I wouldn't worry much, I would recommend gradual increase in intake and then you can see where it takes you. Good luck!

1. How long have you been maintaining? Since end August 2013. 2. Did you adjust your initial goal? Not really. However, I kept on loosing after I reached my goal so I am currently below what I initially wanted to achieve. 3. Did you begin the transition to maintenance before you actually hit your goal? Yes. I was…

I wanted to say that with exercise you will burn more calories. In parallel, to do it in a healthy way, you need to find the right balance for your net calorie intake; the one that is in deficit and helps you lose weight at a healthy rate.
-
All liquid counts; tea, coffee, juice, whatever. There.
-
This will help you burn calories, making it easier for you to maintain a healthy calor. net that is in deficit.

Don't deny yourself completely. Consume in moderation. For my sweet cravings I have dark chocolate (70% or higher). I don't crave salty but I would guess nibbling on nuts could solve the problem. I am sure you can fit some of what you crave in your daily allowance.

I eat fruit and am, consequently, regularly above my sugar allowance for the day. It didn't deter me from eating fruits and it didn't stall my weight loss.

Juts log the rice as you normally would.

I don't keep on eating just to reach my cal. goal. On some days I will be over, on some days a bit under. I take weekly overviews as my reference point and make my best effort that different days even out within a span of 7 days.
-
I worked up towards my maintenance cal. goal gradually when I was approaching my goal weight. I still kept loosing. I lost 2.5 kg more than I intended in a rather short span of time with my calories upped. I am now eating at maintenance cal. level and I haven't gained. If anything, my weight is still swaying downwards.…

I am not sure what the problem is. Is your goal to maintain, to gain or to loose?
-
according to your diary, you are consistently over your calorie goal. that would pretty much explain the problem, i think.
-
I see no harm in taking weekly averages for calorie intake vs burn. Personally that's what I am overseeing and it works. However, do take care to monitor the calories. The math indeed is simple; surplus will gain you weight, so you need to be careful.

Google a bit, I am sure you'll find what you are looking for. This one here sounds similar to what you are after: http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2013/01/perfect-potato-soup/

Improve your cooking skills! :) But honestly, if as an adult this is what you eat, you'll have to get by somehow. What kind of help are you seeking?
-
I cannot think of one thing on my menu that I started to eat for health effect reasons that I didn't like. I increased the proportion of those foods in my diet though, like veggies, fruit, wholegrain things etc.

In my fridge. What did this article say? Why a bad thing to put in a fridge?
-
Dark chocolate, nuts, ice cream. Or a generous slice of dried fruit cake, that'll bring it up to your goal pretty quickly. Otherwise, don't stress too much and for future perhaps plan better so that you don't end up going too low with your cal intake on a regular basis.

Every day. I log in my weight if changed at 7 day intervals.

You look fab! Well done!

height: 174.5 cm GW: 60 kg (or so, I never really thought I'd get there, least of all so fast) CW: 58 kg (I keep loosing, not ecstatic about it...) MFP maint.: 1630 net current intake: +/- 1700 net I think I underestimated my calor. burn. this entire time but only really got aware of it now that I am switching to…

Hi, I had gallstone problems for years which led to having my gallbladder removed a few years ago. I never had any problems with exercise, what caused pain was "wrong" food. Attacks were caused by too heavy foods, greasy foods, fatty foods, fried foods, heavy starchy foods. I still have to take care and avoid heavily fatty…

Good luck!

I stock on my veggies and fruit once per week at the farmers market and when possible, I buy local and organic. Some 80 percent of my veggies and fruit will be like that, the rest is either not locally grown or nothing organic available. I buy organic because it usually tastes better, like courgette, spinach, asparagus,…

I've never really found anything to replace butter. When I have it, I buy non-salted, usually at the local farmers market.

I normally don't sweeten my tea or coffee. I like it straight, gives fuller taste. I've had it like this forever. But if I want sweetened taste, I occasionally use honey with my tea. Coffee I never sweeten; I hate anything that changes the taste of pure coffee. OK, a splash of milk, a drop really, that I can take with…

I don't have this weekend problem. During the weekend I enjoy preparing good meals. I find it much more annoying during the week with my busy schedule and long working hours when I am dependent on quick fix solutions for many meals. These tend to be less healthy than those that I prepare on my own. ETA: I also don't feel I…
