Okay, I have a problem with dieting. Exercising to lose weight is fine by me, but dieting is what gets me every time. I have a bad gag reflex, so squishy and gummy fruits and vegetables (and fish) I just CANNOT eat. I am very picky and do not like to eat anything with dressing or sauce. Let's be honest, I'm just picky in general. I like to eat the following healthy foods:
Chicken
Apple
Banana
Pork chops
Chicken noodle soup
Carrots
Chicken rice
Broccoli
...And that's all that I can think of at the moment.
I don't have any time to really cook anything, because I am extremely busy with work and school. Any help?

What exactly is the question/problem? :huh:0

If you really are that picky, just eat those things and vary your seasonings/sauces.0
-
If your fruits and vegetables are squishy or gummy, your cooking them wrong.0

Improve your cooking skills!
But honestly, if as an adult this is what you eat, you'll have to get by somehow. What kind of help are you seeking?
