How often he nurses and how much solids he eats play a role. Also his weight. I believe. And I may be wrong. That an EBF baby will eat double the ounces they are in lbs. so my 15 lb baby will be drinking approx 30 oz a day. A 20 lb baby 40 oz.

Synthetic meals will never be as good as real meals. So no I never have. Do you need extra calories??? Then try blending up a banana some spinach and nuts in milk (any milk or vegan milk will do). How often does your child nurse? I was told the body burns an average of 20 calories per 1 oz of milk. I would assume a toddler is getting about 6-8 oz every session????

Thank you everyone. And as odd as it seems I think MelissaPF hour advice to just go buy some cute clothes in my current size might just be all I need to feel better about being in this very annoying limbo phase. Then I won't feel so discouraged and impatient!

No I'm not weighing my food. I have 2 small kids I'm lucky if I GET to eat. MFP tells me to eat more!!! It wants me to eat 1200 and when I fall below that I get this warning. I'm 5'3. My goal weight is 106 but would be happy at 112.

I have a distrust of any unnatural lab- concocted sweetener. I noticed whenever I drank a diet soda I got a headache soon after so I just don't use the stuff. Have a friend who does this wOrk out w you. Or have a friend or family member call you to encourage you. After 10 days of forcing yourself it should become habit.

I'm 5'3" 35 years. Normally 105-110 lbs currently 128-130. I don't use a scale no. My diary is open. I see a personal trainer MWF for core/strength/power and T TH S I do cardio on the eliptical (lowest setting just 20-30 min)

I drank a beer which I never do bc I heard the yeast causes your milk to come in. Within two hours I was leaking everywhere. That's how I knew my milk came in. I would say its not really bigger but HARD and square boobs lol.

Beans and rice is healthy cheap and high in calories and protein, low in fat. Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese are good snacks too. Maybe try making a rich smoothie on the days you exercise, tossing in nuts which are dense.
