I gained 50 lbs w my baby and didn't work out all pregnancy. I had my baby 3 months ago and lost 30 lbs the first 2 months. I have 20 lbs to loose. I nurse, and exercise every day, and following my fitness pal I eat just the right number of calories.

It's been 2 weeks since I started exercising and the scale is not moving!!!! It's discouraging. I fact today it not only didn't drop it went up!

You've just had a baby and you have all kinds of hormones running through your system and will continue to for a few months yet

    so give yourself a break

keep doing the healthy eating to a calorie defecit and the exercising

and it will come off eventually

it took your body 9 months to make a whole human being, give it at least 9 months to come back to normality

What is your height, weight, age, workout routine. Do you use a food scale? Can you make your diary public to see if there is consistency in your logging? And do you eat more calories for breast feeding?

2 weeks is nothing to worry about, not losing weight for a couple of weeks or so happens to most people at some point while losing weight. Fluctuations can easily cover weight loss for that period of time, especially if you've just started a new exercise regime as your muscles will be holding onto water to repair. If you only weigh weekly you could also happen to weigh on days where you're at your highest, you could have been a couple of pounds down yesterday but not seen it.

If you've already lost some weight (though 30lbs in 2 months is huge!) then what you're doing is clearly working. You don't need to start worrying until 5 or 6 weeks with no loss. That said, make sure you're weighing your food to avoid overestimating calories, and make sure that you're reducing your intake as you lose weight (when you weigh in on MFP it should prompt you to recalculate your intake and reduce your goal as necessary).

So just stick with it for now. Good luck!

    I'm 5'3" 35 years. Normally 105-110 lbs currently 128-130. I don't use a scale no. My diary is open.

I see a personal trainer MWF for core/strength/power and T TH S I do cardio on the eliptical (lowest setting just 20-30 min)

use a scale to weigh every solid

keep an eye on your milk production you may need up to 500 calories extra

log your exercise as 50% of the suggested amount from the MFP database and eat them back too

Based on my baby's size I think 500 is more accurate (I've been putting 300). Appreciate it. I'll buy a food scale.

this is an really good reply, ive took your advice myself as i showed a gain this week too - but i found out that its just my body holding onto water due to me introducing body combat 3 x times a week
