I don't watch my sugar as I go over on fruit everyday!

I've cut down, I still have way too many "sugar free" products but I only have a bottle a week as an end-of-the-week treat!

I've been vaccinated against everything and I'm perfectly fine. No autism, nothing. And even if it did cause autism, I would rather have a mental condition (that can be treated/maintained) than a crippling disease.

I count water (obviously) but if I have green tea or other types of tea I track the water in that. I also count water in squash, but I log squash as well as it has calories. :)

I've read that aspartame can actually help store fat on your thighs/bum area.... Eeek!

Rewarding yourself with personal items is a fantastic idea, I might do that too! So far I've been rewarding myself with a bag of crisps and a day off from working out

I wouldn't have a whole entire day called "cheat day". A lot of room to go completely crazy on junk! I'd have one cheat meal a week (I just call them favourite meals haha) which is usually a KFC snack box or McDonalds! A lot of people have cheat meals in their diets!

Definitely going to try this!

Yes I agree it burns different for everyone, I've changed it up a bit with doing different kinds of squats etc and including a couple of burpees and I usually do more than 1 rep! I just thought it would be super handy for those not feeling like doing much, or for those who have gone over the calorie goal

Hmm well I've tracked it before, and it only added up to 20 calories, which I burned off anyway haha - I rarely drink it because I love water! I had no idea raspberries were only 1 calorie! I must get some!

Don't be discouraged by the fact you're getting nowhere. You should cut out all white food like bread, rice, etc... Definitely limit your sugar to natural sugars (like fruit only) and reduce fat. Have smaller portions, I find putting food on small plates helps with this and you still feel full! You can't make…

Oh ok, thank you  I might treat myself today with my lunch :drinker:
