Liquid calories

Hello all
I've just been adding up my food for today, and I've got stuck on tracking liquid calories! By liquid calories, I don't mean the ridiculous amount that's in Coke or any other sugary drinks, I mean squash and etc...
I'm just wondering if anyone else tracks squash and cordial type things because they have less than 10 calories usually!
Thanks guys

Remember the rule: If you eat it, log it.
I eat fruit (and I mean a TON of fruit). I know by heart that raspberries are 1 cal each and a small strawberry is typically about 3 cals while a large one is about 5 cals. I snack on them all day and eat upwards of 20 - 40 cals a day in fruit alone. Not tracking it isn't that big of a deal, but I'd like my diary to be as accurate as possible!
ETA: Just went through my diary -- turns out I eat even more than that! Yesterday I ate about 65 cals worth of berries (which is a normal day), so I'd say I eat between 60 - 80 calories instead!0 -
So I can eat 200 raspberries for 200 cals? Nom nom0

Oh my gosh, I had no idea raspberries were one cal apiece. I am going to have to get some, lol!0

(I had to look up squash-- sounds tasty actually!)
It does seem quite low calorie. But it's one of those things that could add up over the days and weeks, and you should certainly track it if you're watching your sugar. If you don't track it, you could be drinking more than you think.
On the other hand, I don't track milk in my coffee, because what is that, 5 calories?-- but I do track half and half.0 -
u just track the food
the water in it is included in the calories for the food0 -
Hmm well I've tracked it before, and it only added up to 20 calories, which I burned off anyway haha - I rarely drink it because I love water!
I had no idea raspberries were only 1 calorie! I must get some!0
