100 Calorie Burn

I'm not sure if this has been posted or not, but I've come across this on many peoples Tumblrs, Pinterests and even fitness sites! It's called the 100 calorie burn, and takes around 3 minutes. It's amazing.
40 jumping jacks
30 crunches
20 squats
10 push ups
I've been mixing things up and doing different types of crunches, squats and push ups! I do it around 4 times thoroughout the day and it's really helping (especially if I go over my calorie goal!)

I think it's a different calorie burn for everyone. 2 people doing the same exercise will burn different amount of calories depending on their weight, age...The only way to know for sure if it really burns that much is with a heart rate monitor. I've been doing the 30 day shred & those exercise are all in the video & it's a 28 min workout & I burn around 200 cals for the whole workout & I'm at 247lbs.0

Yes I agree it burns different for everyone, I've changed it up a bit with doing different kinds of squats etc and including a couple of burpees and I usually do more than 1 rep!
I just thought it would be super handy for those not feeling like doing much, or for those who have gone over the calorie goal0
