I am 8 weeks out from my surgery. I suffered with a partial tear for 2 1/2 years. I went thru 3 rounds of physical therapy (6 to 8 weeks each time). Sounds crazy, but I smash 1 container of sugar free jello then mix in 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese (Walmart 's Great Value is lowest in calories). It's only 85 calories and 13g of protein. Keeps me satisfied for a good 3 hours. Also great for a snack especially if you're craving something sweet.

Well I did get rid of my "Fat" clothes and had a blast doing it!!!!! It was so rewarding!!!! As far a getting new ones, I have hit the thrift stores along the way. Goodwill to Hospice thrift shops. Yeah 90 done!!!! Legs are doing better today!!! but I need that rest day! Whoever said to try to counting backwards, it really helped. I got thru them by counting to 15 then backwards for another 15 and so on. They went by with ease. Thanks for the motivation everyone! My legs are going to look great on the cruise in 2…
